How to Return an Item
Initiate Your Return
Visit your account order history and select the item you wish to return. Choose your reason and confirm the return request.
Print Your Label
We will email you a pre-paid tracked returns label within 2 hours. Print it and attach it securely to your parcel.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Drop your parcel at any participating courier point. We accept DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL drop-off locations nationwide.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
Items must be returned in original condition
All items must be unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing authentication cards cannot be accepted for return.
