These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrueCoutures website and platform operated by TrueCoutures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrueCoutures you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in a country we service to use TrueCoutures. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements. We may terminate accounts found to be in breach of this provision.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
4. Buying on TrueCoutures
All items listed on TrueCoutures have been authenticated by our team. When you place an order you enter into a binding contract with TrueCoutures Ltd. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
5. Selling on TrueCoutures
Sellers must be approved by TrueCoutures and agree to our Seller Terms. All items submitted for sale must be authentic, accurately described, and in the condition stated. Misrepresentation or sale of counterfeit goods will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use TrueCoutures to submit counterfeit or stolen goods, engage in fraudulent transactions, scrape or harvest data, circumvent our authentication systems, post false or misleading reviews, or harass other users or staff.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on TrueCoutures — including photography, copy, trademarks, and code — is the intellectual property of TrueCoutures Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCoutures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
